Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Kyneto PDF mobile application, published by Pale Blue Apps. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Kyneto PDF on devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell the app, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

Free use and export limit

Kyneto PDF is free to download and try. On the free tier the number of documents you can export is limited; every editing tool remains usable up to that limit. A subscription removes the limit and unlocks unlimited exports.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Subscriptions are offered on a weekly and a yearly plan. The exact price in your local currency, the billing period and any introductory offer are shown on the purchase screen in the app before you confirm. That screen is the authoritative price.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.

Cancellation and refunds

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in the Subscriptions section of your Apple ID settings or in Google Play, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, not by us. Where an unused part of a free trial remains when you buy a subscription, it is forfeited, as Apple's rules require.

Your content

Your documents are yours. They are processed on your device and we never receive them, so you remain solely responsible for having the right to edit, sign, unlock or share any file you open in the app, and for keeping your own backups.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that every operation will suit every file, and you should check an exported document before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pale Blue Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Apple's standard EULA

For downloads from the App Store, these terms supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where the two conflict, the stricter protection for you applies. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or for support, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce them.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. Questions go to [email protected].
